Chicken wings get a quick marinade in the fridge and some time in the oven before they emerge—delicious—to be dunked in creamy blue cheese sauce.

Original recipe yields 14 servings
1 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
2-1/2 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
1/2 cup KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Pour Italian dressing over wings in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning after 15 min. Meanwhile, mix blue cheese dressing and sour cream until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Mix barbecue sauce and red pepper.

Heat oven to 450°F. Drain wings; discard marinade. Place wings in single layer on broiler rack. Bake 30 min.

Brush wings with barbecue sauce mixture; bake 10 min. or until wings are done. Serve with blue cheese sauce.
