4 cups penne pasta, cooked, drained
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Italian-style vegetable blend
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1-1/2 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
