What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. boneless beef stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces
3 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. sweet potato es (about 2), peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (28 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

Toss meat with flour in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Add all remaining ingredients except basil; stir. Cover with lid.
Cook on HIGH 4 to 6 hours (or on LOW 6 to 8 hours).
Stir in basil before serving.
The flavor of this satisfying stew improves when made ahead of time. Cook as directed; cool, then refrigerate up to 24 hours. Reheat just before serving.
Substitute 1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves for the fresh basil.
Serve with hot cooked brown rice.
