This baked cheese dip couldn't be simpler. Add these herbs to a package of feta and get ready to top your crackers with a taste of Greece.

1 clove garlic, crushed
dash crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red pepper s
crackers

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Place cheese in small baking dish or pie plate; top with next 3 ingredients.
