2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup finely chopped onion s
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 lb. halibut fillet s, cut into bite-size chunks
1/2 lb. cod fillet s, cut into bite-size chunks
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
Stir in next 4 ingredients. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
Add fish; simmer 5 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve topped with cheese.
Substitute any soft-flesh fish, such as snapper or orange roughy, for the halibut or cod.
