5 tsp. butter, divided
1/4 cup each finely chopped red and green pepper s
4 slices white bread

Let's Make It
Melt 1 tsp. butter in skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook 2 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Fill bread slices with Singles and peppers to make 2 sandwiches. Spread outsides of sandwiches with remaining butter.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
Save 50 calories and 6g of fat, including 4g of saturated fat, per serving by cooking peppers in skillet sprayed with cooking spray instead of the melted butter, and using KRAFT 2% Milk Singles.
