1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup chopped onion s
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 lb. fresh spinach
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp; drain. Wipe skillet with paper towel.

Add dressing and onions to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

Stir in tomatoes. Add spinach; cook 8 to 10 min. or just until spinach starts to wilt. Stir in bacon. Serve topped with cheese.

Instead of the spinach, try Swiss chard that has been stemmed, washed in several changes of cold water and shaken to remove excess water. Chop the chard and remove tough stems before adding to the skillet.
