What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup PLANTERS Cashews, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Cook chickpeas in boiling water 10 min. or until skins come off; drain. Discard skins.
Process chickpeas and dressing in food processor until smooth; spoon into medium bowl. Stir in nuts and parsley.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Stir in 1 tsp. garlic power into the chickpea mixture before refrigerating.
Serve with crackers.
