Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
2 large green pepper s, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Prepare Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, brown meat with peppers and chili powder. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa.
Stir sour cream into prepared Dinner; spoon half into 8-inch square baking dish. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and remaining Dinner mixture; cover.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
