This tasty make-ahead strata has all the ingredients you'd expect—eggs, cheese, turkey bacon—and one you might not: cubed multi-grain English muffins.

Original recipe yields 4 servings
3 light multi-grain English muffin s, cubed
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 whole egg
4 egg white s
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup fat-free milk
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon, chopped
3 green onion s, sliced
1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 350°F.
Place muffin pieces in 8-inch square baking dish.
Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Whisk whole egg, egg whites and pepper in medium bowl until blended. Stir in cottage cheese and milk; pour over muffin pieces. Sprinkle with bacon and onions.
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, topping with cheese after 30 min.
Assemble strata as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, then bake as directed.
