What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 cups water
1-3/4 cups instant white rice
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until done.
Add vegetables and water; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce until blended.
Add peanut butter mixture to meat mixture; mix well.
Prepare using boneless pork chops or boneless skinless chicken breasts.
