Let's Make It
Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with beans and corn. Mix next 5 ingredients until blended; add to slow cooker. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
Cook rice as directed on package.
Serve rice topped with chicken mixture, crushed chips and cilantro.
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing to round out the meal.
Prepare recipe as directed except decrease the broth to 1/2 cup and substitute 1 undrained can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles for the salsa.
How to Store the Remaining Taco Seasoning Mix
Store remaining taco seasoning mix in resealable plastic bag or airtight container at room temperature up to 1 month before using as desired. Try sprinkling it over tortilla chips lightly sprayed with cooking spray or brushed with oil. Bake in 350°F oven 3 to 5 min. or just until chips are warmed.
