This easy cacciatore bake boasts bite-size pieces of chicken breast, rotini pasta, shredded mozzarella cheese and plenty of veggies for everyone.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 cups rotini pasta, cooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine first 4 ingredients, 1/4 cup Parmesan and oregano.
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish or 3-qt. casserole; cover with foil.
Bake 35 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; bake 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
Substitute 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained, for the chicken.
Prepare using penne pasta.
