These no-bake cheesecake tarts are as easy as they are scrumptious. No oven, no crust required; just a paper-lined muffin pan and a fridge.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
12 vanilla wafers
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Season’s Delight French Vanilla Whipped Topping, thawed
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Place 1 cookie in each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spoon into muffin cups. Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spoon over tarts; tilt pan to cover evenly.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
