Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
3 Tbsp. sliced green onions

Mix cream cheese and blue cheese until blended.
Stir in onions.
Refrigerate any leftover spread. Then, use to make crostini. Just spread each thin French bread or baguette slice with 1 Tbsp. spread. Place in shallow pan. Bake in 375°F oven 10 to12 min. or unti cheese topping is hot and bubbly.
Serve your favorite grilled steak topped with this flavorful spread. Add a salad and a slice of whole grain bread for a great meal!
Serve as a spread for RITZ Crackers, or spooned into celery sticks or hollowed-out cherry tomatoes.
