Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups thinly sliced grilled boneless pork chop s
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
6 cups loosely packed torn fresh spinach
1 cup sliced fresh mushroom s
1 cup blanched snow peas
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 Tbsp. honey

Mix meat and 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce in skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 2 min. or until warmed. Set aside.
Toss spinach with mushrooms, snow peas and berries in large bowl. Add meat mixture; toss lightly.
Mix remaining barbecue sauce, dressing and honey until blended. Spoon over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Substitute other sliced grilled meats, such as beef sirloin steak or chicken breasts, for the pork chops.
