What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
2 cups water
1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
1 pkg. (7 oz.) instant white rice, uncooked
6 cups shredded cabbage
2 carrots, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until done.
Add water and stir-fry sauce; bring to boil. Add rice; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
Stir in cabbage, carrots and nuts. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir before serving.
Substitute 1 lb. boneless pork chops or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, for the steak.
