Nutty Parmesan Crisps

Skip the packaged croutons and make these savory crisps instead. All you need are Parmesan, peanuts and fresh chopped rosemary.

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, finely chopped
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

Heat oven to 400°F.

Mix all ingredients.

Drop tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten cheese mixture slightly with back of spoon.

Bake 6 min. or until golden brown, carefully turning after 5 min. Remove to wire racks. Cool slightly. Or cool completely and store in airtight container up to 2 days.
