Heat oven to 425ºF.
Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Stir in 1 cup tomatoes and 1/4 cup onions. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Cover with meat, shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until meat is heated through.
Top with remaining tomatoes and onions.
Prepare using shredded rotisserie chicken.
