Original recipe yields 26 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 jar (5 oz.) KRAFT OLD ENGLISH Sharp Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Mix all ingredients except nuts until blended.
Shape into 26 balls, using 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture for each. Roll in nuts until evenly coated.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Cheese balls can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks before serving.
Substitute 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 6 crumbled cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon Slices for the nuts.
