1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 jars (5 oz. each) KRAFT OLD ENGLISH Sharp Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 green onions
1/2 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham
6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Beat first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.

Cut 6-inch-long piece from green end of 1 onion; reserve for later use. Chop remaining onions. Add to cheese mixture with ham; mix well. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Shape cheese mixture into football shape. Top with bacon; press into cheese mixture to secure. Cut reserved green onion piece into smaller pieces; arrange on cheese ball for the laces on the football.
