1 onion, chopped
dash crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can (12 oz.) corn, drained
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 cup KRAFT Cheddar & Asadero Cheese Expertly Paired for Tacos
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Cook onions and crushed pepper in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.

Add beans, tomatoes, corn and chili powder; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
