Warm peaches and bacon give this easy green salad a sweet and smoky flavor.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 fresh peach es, halved, pitted
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut in half
8 cups lightly packed torn mixed salad greens
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Cut each peach half into 3 wedges. Wrap each wedge with 1 bacon piece, then tie in knot, gently stretching bacon slice if needed.
Add half the peaches to medium nonstick skillet; cook 12 min. or until bacon is crisp, turning after 6 min. Remove from skillet; drain. Repeat with remaining peaches.
Toss salad greens with dressing. Place 3 peach wedges on each of 8 salad plates. Top with salad and cheese.
Prepare using KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing or KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing.
Prepare using watercress or arugula.
