1 Tbsp. oil
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 carrots, peeled, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
6 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until lightly browned. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.
Mix pasta sauce and dressing; add to saucepan. Cover; bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 45 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Meanwhile cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Stir basil into ingredients in saucepan. Drain pasta. Serve topped with chicken mixture and cheese.
