What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 small green peppers
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 lb. ground turkey
1-3/4 cups cooked long-grain white rice, cooled
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cut tops off peppers and discard; remove and discard seeds.
Mix dressing and oregano until blended. Mix half the dressing mixture with turkey, rice and onions just until blended; spoon into peppers.
Pour pasta sauce into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Top with peppers; drizzle with remaining dressing mixture. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours). Sprinkle with cheese.
Top ingredients in slow cooker with 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for the last 5 min. of the cooking time.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
