Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small baking potato es (1-1/4 lb.)
1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cut potatoes crosswise into thin slices, being carefully to not cut all the way through to bottoms of potatoes; place cut sides up, on microwaveable plate. Fan potatoes slightly.
Microwave on HIGH 12 min. Drizzle evenly with 1/4 cup dressing. Microwave 3 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Drizzle with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
How to Easily Cut the Potato Fans
Place 2 thin-handled wooden spoons on opposite sides of each potato before slicing as directed. The spoon handles will prevent you from cutting all the way through to bottoms of potatoes.
