1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 zucchini (1/2 lb.), thinly sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. or until vegetables are lightly browned.
Top with cheese. Remove from heat.
