What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 cans (14.75 oz. each) cream-style corn
1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
3 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Blend corn, broth and ground red pepper in blender until smooth.
Cook bell peppers and wieners in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender. Add corn mixture; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
Top with cheese. Serve with crackers.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Garnish each serving with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro.
