1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 lb. red potatoes (about 8), cubed, cooked and cooled
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
1/4 cup loosely packed torn mint leaves
