What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained with 2 Tbsp. liquid reserved, divided
1 red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
1-1/2 cups chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Let's Make It
Toss spinach with oranges, onions and nuts in large bowl.
Whisk reserved orange liquid, vinegar and oil until blended. Add to salad; toss to coat.
Substitute toasted PLANTERS Pecans for the walnuts.
Toss 1 lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, or 1 lb. cooked cleaned shrimp with the spinach, orange, onions and nuts, then continue as directed.
