Cook potatoes in 2 separate large saucepans of boiling water 15 min. or until tender. Remove from saucepans; drain separately.
Mash sweet potatoes with Catalina dressing; stir in bacon bits. Mash Yukon gold potatoes with ranch dressing; stir in cheese.
Spoon potato mixtures into opposite sides of large serving bowl. Gently swirl potato mixtures together.
Prepare as directed with KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing, KRAFT Lite Three Cheese Ranch Dressing and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese.
For a slightly different presentation, reserve 2 Tbsp. each of the cheese and bacon bits. Sprinkle on top.
Giving the potatoes a "swirled" look is easy. Simply spoon each of the mashed potatoes into separate sides of a serving bowl then carefully run the tip of a knife back and forth across the "border" of the 2 colors to create the desired effect.
