1 cup small broccoli florets
1 cup red pepper strips

Cook chicken in skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
Add broccoli and peppers; cover. Cook 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in salsa and dressing; simmer 3 to 4 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, and evenly coats chicken mixture.
Serve with hot cooked long-grain rice.
