Original recipe yields 18 servings
1 baked 13x9-inch white cake mix, cooled
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Few drops red food coloring
1/2 tsp. water
2-2/3 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1/4 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces

Remove cake from pan. Cut into pieces as shown in Diagram 1, using 2-inch round cookie cutter to cut piece for the baby's head. Arrange on tray or large platter as shown in Diagram 2. Click here for Diagrams.

Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto cake.

Mix food coloring and water. Add to coconut in medium bowl; toss to evenly tint coconut. Sprinkle over cake. Decorate with candies as shown in photo.
