What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 portobello mushroom s, gills removed
4 red onion slices (1/4-inch thick)
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
4 whole wheat sandwich roll s
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
4 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Brush vegetables with dressing. Grill 5 min. on each side, turning after 3 min. and brushing any remaining dressing.
Spread cut sides of rolls with mayo.
Fill with mushrooms, onions and 2% Milk Singles.
Create super-size veggie sandwiches by adding sliced tomatoes and lettuce leaves to the sandwich filling. Or, spice up the sandwiches by adding canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to the sandwich filling.
Toast the buns on the grill while cooking the vegetables.
The mushrooms and onions can be grilled ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate until ready to use. Warm in the microwave before using to assemble the sandwiches.
