Here's a brilliant idea, if we do say so ourselves. These yummy quesadillas feature apples, cream cheese and sliced bacon—all wrapped up in warm pancakes.

Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 frozen pancakes (4 inch), warmed
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1 small red apple, chopped
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut in half
