What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 frozen pancakes (4 inch), warmed
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1 small red apple, chopped
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut in half

Let's Make It
Spread pancakes with reduced-fat cream cheese.
Top with apples and bacon; fold in half.
To serve as "tostados," top pancakes as directed but do not fold in half to serve.
Serve with a glass of low-fat milk to round out the meal.
Serve each quesadilla topped with 1 Tbsp. pancake or maple-flavored syrup.
