4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup PLANTERS Five Alarm Chili Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained

Top tortillas with remaining ingredients; fold in half.
Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add 2 quesadillas; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
Cut each quesadilla into quarters.
