What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
16 fresh strawberries
16 cantaloupe chunks (1 inch)
16 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (3/4 inch)
3 kiwi, cut into 16 slices
6 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 16 pieces, rolled up
6 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
3 Tbsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey

Let's Make It
Cut cheddar into 8 slices, then cut each slice diagonally in half.
Thread 1 each strawberry, melon chunk, mozzarella ball, kiwi slice, prosciutto slice and cheese triangle onto each of 16 skewers. Place on serving tray or platter; sprinkle with basil.
Mix vinegar and honey in small serving bowl. Add to tray with kabobs.

Substitute honeydew melon for the cantaloupe.
