1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber s
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion s
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
36 garden herb woven wheat crackers
9 large cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 wedges

Mix hummus, cucumbers, onions and mustard until blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Spread 1 tsp. hummus mixture onto each cracker just before serving; top each with 1 tomato wedge.
