1 pkg. (16 oz.) rotini pasta, uncooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
1 small yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 green onions, diagonally sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

Meanwhile, toss chicken with dressing mix. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until done.
