1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Place bread on microwaveable plate; top with remaining ingredients.
Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. or until mozzarella is melted; fold in half.
Top bread with remaining ingredients as directed; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Unwrap and microwave as directed just before serving.
