3 Braeburn apple s (1 lb.), cut into matchlike sticks
1-1/2 cups shredded zucchini
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Walnuts
2 green onion s, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

Mix mayo and seasoning until blended. Add to apple mixture; toss to evenly coat.
