What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups uncooked instant white rice
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Add salsa, water and rice; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in corn and cheese; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir before serving.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
