What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup navel orange sections
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup partially cooked cubed potatoes
1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
4 cups tightly packed torn mixed salad greens

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Thread meat onto 8 skewers alternately with oranges, broccoli and potatoes. Place in shallow dish.
Pour steak sauce over kabobs; turn to evenly coat. Refrigerate 10 min. to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
Grill kabobs 5 min. on each side or until meat is done. Serve over salad greens.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Substitute 3 cups hot cooked rice for the salad greens.
Partially cook potatoes in the microwave before threading onto skewers so they are done at the same time as the meat.
