You don't need a panini grill to make this 15-Minute Grilled Ham & Cheese Panini—it turns out just as deliciously in a skillet.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 slices Italian bread
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slice s
20 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Let's Make It
Heat panini grill.
Fill bread slices with cheese, ham and onions to make 4 sandwiches.
Mix mayo and seasoning until blended; spread onto outsides of sandwiches.
Grill, in batches if necessary, 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.
If you don't have a Panini Grill
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
Sandwiches can be assembled ahead of time. (Do not spread with mayo mixture.) Wrap each sandwich individually and refrigerate up to 4 hours. When ready to serve, spread with dressing mixture and grill as directed.
For best results, do not prepare with MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing or MIRACLE WHIP FREE Dressing.
