What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami
1 cup each chopped fresh mushroom s and zucchini
2 plum tomato es, seeded, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
6 egg s
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 2X Protein Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup milk

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Combine salami, vegetables and basil in 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs and cream cheese spread in medium bowl until blended. Gradually stir in milk; pour over salami mixture in pan.
Bake 45 min. or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
