What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 slices whole wheat bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups small broccoli florets
1 large red pepper, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spread bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with vegetables, bacon and seasoning.
Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Bake 30 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Strata can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed.
