1-1/3 cups TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
4 flour tortilla s (8 inch)

Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Stir in 1/3 cup salsa; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.

Spoon meat mixture down centers of tortillas; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 8- or 9-inch-square microwaveable dish; top with remaining salsa and cheese. Cover with waxed paper.

Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until heated through.

Freezing Ground Beef
Divide ground beef into half-pound portions before freezing. Place each portion in a freezer-weight resealable plastic bag, then flatten before sealing. Not only will smaller portions thaw more quickly, but they also allow you to thaw only the amount needed for your recipe.
