2 OSCAR MAYER Smokies Smoked Sausage
1 tsp. butter
2 thick red onion slices
2 French bread roll s, partially split
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
2 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slice s, cut in half

Let's Make It
Cut each Smokie lengthwise in half, being careful to not cut through to opposite side.
Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and Smokies, cut sides down; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until Smokies are heated through.
Spread cut sides of rolls with mustard; fill with cheese and Smokies. Top with onions.
Serve with fresh fruit or cut-up fresh vegetables.

To prepare using your panini grill, assemble sandwich as directed. Cook in heated grill 3 min. or until sandwiches are golden brown and cheese is melted.
