1-1/2 cups water
1/2 lb. ham steak, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup milk
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bring potatoes and water to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. (Do not drain.)

Add remaining ingredients; stir gently. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
