1-1/2 cups water
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

Stir in water, tomatoes and barbecue sauce; bring to boil. Add macaroni and 1 cup cheese; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until macaroni is tender.

Top with remaining cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
